Services & Creations

Commissions & Custom Artwork

All commissions are created based on client specifications discussed and agreed upon in writing.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or installation.
Once a design has been approved and work has started, major changes may incur additional charges.
Completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and materials.

Murals & On-Site Work

Clients are responsible for ensuring the workspace is accessible, safe, and prepared for painting.
Weather conditions may affect project timelines for outdoor murals.
Savulous Creations is not responsible for damages resulting from improper wall preparation or post-installation maintenance.

Originals & Prints

All original artworks and prints are created by Savulous Creations and remain protected under copyright law.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer reproduction rights.
Colors may vary slightly from images displayed on screens due to lighting and monitor differences.

Payments & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered on completed custom work, as each piece is made to order.
For shipped items, replacements or refunds will only be issued for items damaged in transit (with photo proof provided within 7 days of delivery).

Shipping & Delivery

Artwork is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers.
Shipping times vary by location. Savulous Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
International buyers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

Copyright & Usage Rights

All artworks remain the copyright of Savulous Creations.
Clients purchasing commissions may display or gift the artwork, but may not reproduce, resell, or use it for commercial purposes without written consent.
Savulous Creations retains the right to use images of completed artworks for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

Liability

Savulous Creations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or purchased products.

Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to process orders and communicate with you about your purchase. Your data will never be shared or sold.
